There are many kinds of processing methods in seamless pipe bend production, let me introduce the fifth processing methods commonly used:
Pipe bend, in addition to using the standard elbow, for the most part is made of steel tube bend and stainless steel elbow. The stainless steel elbow cold bending and hot bending two kinds of methods are available, and cold bending is the tube bending method at room temperature; Hot bending pipe is heated to a certain rules under the temperature of bending forming.
Now stainless steel elbow in general, and as most of the carbon steel elbow is also pushing production system, though the production rate and quality of elbow push system has a good guarantee, but also there will be problems, but cold press will solve many problems. Today, Zhejiang Yaang Pipe Industry Co., Limited share with you about some of the advantages of cold pressing stainless steel elbow.

Induction Pipe Bend is a controlled means of bending pipes through the application of local heating using high frequency induced electrical power.Originally used for the purpose of surface hardening steels, induction technology when used in Pipe Bend consists basically of an induction coil placed around the pipe to be bent. The induction coil heats a narrow, circumferential section of the pipe to a temperature of between 850 and 1100 degrees Celsius (dependant on the material to be formed). As the correct bending temperature range is reached, the pipe is moved slowly through the induction coil whilst the bending force is applied by a fixed radius arm arrangement.
